1. Event Registration and Payments

- Payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

2. Code of Conduct

- Participants must treat each other, staff, and judges with respect.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
- Proper attire and adherence to event rules are mandatory.

3. Liability Waiver

- Participation is at your own risk.
- By attending, you release City’s Dancesport Challenge and its affiliates from any liability related to injury, illness, theft, or damage.
- You acknowledge the physical nature of dance and assume all associated risks.

4. Photography and Media Release

- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
- Media may be used for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without compensation.
- If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content on the website, including logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of City’s Dancesport Challenge.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

6. Changes to the Event or Website

- We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, location, rules, or website content at any time without prior notice.
