🚙 PARKING 🚗🚕
For parking, mention that you are with the City’s Dancesport Challenge for our group rate. Parking in the main lot is on a first-come, first-served basis, and it will fill up before midday on Saturday. After that, you’ll be directed to the overflow lot and will need to take the hotel's free shuttle. If you plan to arrive during peak hours (Saturday, 11 am - 5 pm), we recommend heading directly to the overflow lot.
Directions to off-site parking.
You can also park in the Terminal 5 parking lot, which is just across the street.

New JFK traffic pattern – lanes shift earlier than expected.
Stay left on the Van Wyck as you approach the airport from the city
Follow signs for Terminal 5 / TWA Hotel (not airline arrivals).

City’s Dancesport Challenge began with three unlikely co-conspirators:
Oscar took his first dance step at age 5 after battling pneumonia — turns out a little cha-cha was the best medicine.
Lenka is a Slovak tax lawyer who somehow knows nothing about numbers, but everything about people.
And Michael? He’s the wildcard — a creative force of nature with glitter in his hair and ten ideas before breakfast.
We built this event because we believe DANCE BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER — whether you're a competitor, a parent, a fan, or someone just curious about rhinestones and rhythm.
Set in the nostalgic magic of the TWA HOTEL during NYC’s MOST BEAUTIFUL SEASON, City’s Dancesport isn’t just a competition — IT’S A CELEBRATION. A day to laugh, connect, sparkle, and maybe even meet your next dance partner… or your next date (it’s happened!).
IF WE MADE IT HERE, ANYONE CAN. This is your moment — come be part of our community, take the floor, and make memories that mambo or waltz or samba or foxtrot or —you know what we mean… no reason to continue 😂
